Chicken Verde

Ingredients
- Tomatillos
- Poblano peppers
- Jalapeño
- Garlic
- Onion
- Cilantro
- Chicken bouillon/broth
- Lime
- Chicken
Optional Ingredients:
- Corn tortillas
- Queso fresco
Directions
- Heat oven to 425° F
- Roast tomatillos, peppers, garlic, onion for half an hour
- Remove garlic halfway through
- Allow peppers to cool and remove skin & seeds
- Blend tomatillos, peppers, onion, garlic, cilantro, chicken broth, and lime juice
- Sear chicken
- Add salsa purée to chicken
